CIVILIAN AND DEPENDANTS GYM MEMBERSHIP   The gymnasium is now switching over to provide the insurance for civilians and dependants to train at the gym. A fee of £10 will be payable to the gym staff on induction which will cover them for third party liability and personal accident.  Members that already have insurance will be able to carry on until the contract ends which then they will have to go through the gym.  If they do not wish to pay the membership through the gymnasium then access will not be granted.  A key fob is also available from the gym for civilians, dependants and military, this will enable you access to the Cardio Vascular suit and main hall only for 24hrs all year round. A deposit of £5 will be needed to obtain a key fob.

The Children’s Education Advisory Service (CEAS) support the MOD’s Directorate Children & Young People (DCYP) and work with the Service community, other government departments, local authorities, representatives of the boarding sector and schools to try and achieve strategic solutions to issues around the education of Service children.
CEAS has a Parent Support Officer, Donna McCartney, based in Scotland to advise and support Service families within Scotland on educational issues for their families. The Parent Support Officer can support with individual cases and offer information and advice about access to education within Scotland.
