Tesco Deliveries to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) Addresses

BFPO addresses must be submitted in a specific format in order to ensure smooth delivery. When entering the address, you will need the following information:
  • Service Number, Rank and Name
  • Sub-Unit
  • Unit or Regiment
  • Operation or location name (if applicable)
  • BFPO Postcode
Upon entering a BFPO postcode when registering your address, you will be prompted with helpful tips on how to fill out the relevant fields.
Follow the below example to ensure you fill out each field correctly.
Company name – Service number, rank and name. (eg. 12345678 Lieutenant Col J. Smith)
Flat/Unit number – Sub unit, unit or regiment (eg. 1st Light Infantry Dragoons Squadron, Trafalgar Barracks)
Building number/name - Operation or location name (if applicable)

MOD ICE App

12 months ago the MOD ICE App was launched. The app, which has been developed by the Ministry of Defence’s Joint Casualty and Compassionate Centre (JCCC), has now been downloaded over 25,000 times by British service personnel and their families since the launch in October 2015.
