Clerical Assistant - CG1456ML 

You will join the General Office team in Estates.  This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development, implementation and provision of an efficient and effective, customer orientated administration service to the Trades/Grounds Team, working closely with the Trades/Grounds Manager.  You will be required to respond to and deal with a diverse and complex range of issues within an extremely busy working environment.

You should be qualified to SVQ level III/HNC in a relevant administrative discipline or equivalent and have relevant experience in complex busy office environment.  You should have excellent IT skills and be able to cope well when under pressure.  You should have proven analytical skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and patience are essential as is a flexible attitude and the ability to work in a well organised and methodical manner with a minimum of supervision.
